During the closure period, you can still buy a range of our most popular cheeses, meats and olives using our telephone and email service. Orders can be dispatched by courier and we are working on providing a collection service by appointment. Other items may also be available, but please remember, we will be operating in less than half of our normal premises - space is tight! If there's a particular item you want, please phone Dave to discuss. You need to contact us at least 24 hours beforehand, and there is a minimum order of £20. CheesesWe've selected a small but distinctive range of our most popular artisan made cheeses, including classic English Territorials, such as our matured vintage Cheddars, mellow farmhouse Cheshire plus of course our best selling Colston Bassett Blue Stilton. There's a mouth-watering collection of European favourites, including our creamy Roquefort, Manchego as well as individual sheep and goats' milk cheeses.
Meats
Choose from Continental sliced hams such as San Daniele, Jamon di Serano, sliced to order, spicy chorizo sausage by the slice, or vacuum packed whole for cooking, as well as our rich, distinctively flavoured French pates and terrines.
We'll be holding stocks of our most popular extra grade olives including Kalamatas, the House Mix, Douces Noires and Luques Royales, plus sun dried tomatoes, and pickled garlic cloves.
Sandwiches
Our chunky-fill sandwiches are freshly made each morning with choice ingredients selected from our meat and cheese counters, topped up with locally sourced organic salad ingredients. You can buy them from First Class Teas located on Peas Hill opposite the Tourist Information Centre and we will be happy to supply them to our local mail order and collection customers, subject to a minimum total order of £20.
