24 hours' notice is required for all orders, although the sooner you can tell us, the better! A minimum order value of £20 applies to all transactions.

Collection Service

This is still in the pipeline for working out the finer details, but it looks as if we'll be able to offer a collection service from the shop basement on certain days of the week. Watch this page for further details or join our updates mailing list to stay informed.

Deliveries

We have joined forces with Outspoken Delivery , Cambridge's innovative bicycle courier company to offer a realistically priced, efficient and eco-friendly delivery service covering  the city from the Science Park in the north, to Addenbrookes and Trumpington in the south. Check their deliveries map  to see if you're covered.  

For orders outside of the city, we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery™ Next Day Service, this covers parcels up to a total weight of 2kg including packaging for £8.50.

Larger parcels to UK mainland addresses may also be possible, please contact us to discuss. 

We regret that it's not possible to deliver perishable foodstuffs or cheeses to Off-Island UK addresses or overseas.
